Attention: Only counties which have been granted this kind of mobility can nominate these students so please pay attention to the available mobility as depicted in the link

As indicated in the Erasmus+ Guide, people with fewer opportunities are people who, for economic, social, cultural, geographical or health reasons, a migrant background, or for reasons such as disability and educational difficulties or for any other reasons, including those that can give rise to discrimination under article 21 of the Charter of Fundamental rights of the European Union, face obstacles that prevent them from having effective access to opportunities under the programme.
In terms of the nominated students, a few examples of the above would be students coming from low income families or students who belong to indigenous or minority groups etc. Kindly note that the assessment of this would be according to your internal procedures and national legislation.
If you nominate a student belonging to people with fewer opportunities, during the application phase, he/she will be requested to upload a certificate provided by the Home University stating they belong to people with fewer opportunities.
